“KONZUMIRAJTEZdravlje.

Korištenje znanosti ponašanja potrošača u svrhu poboljšanja prehrambenih navika”

 

Iako suvremeni potrošači mogu lako doći do informacija o tome koja vrsta i količina hrane je najbolja za njihovo zdravlje, u EU se posljednjih godina bilježi stalni porast zdravstvenih problema koji su posljedica unosa hrane niske nutritivne vrijednosti, kao i unosa prekomjerne količine hrane. Cilj akcije Marie Skłodowska-Curie je razumjeti čimbenike koji dovode potrošače do odluke o odabiru hrane visoke nutritivne vrijednosti, kao i pružiti utemeljene preporuke za dionike i kreatore politike u svrhu razvoja i komunikacije inovativnih “win-win” rješenja kojima će se poboljšati prehrambene navike. Projekt se sastoji od boravka u Sveučilišta u Cornellu (partnerska institucija) u trajanju od 24 mjeseca. U tom razdoblju će se provesti intervjui te laboratorijski i terenski eksperimenti (hipotetski i nehipotetski). Izvrsna izobrazba će biti i pohađanje radionica i tečajeva na temu metoda istraživanja ponašanja potrošača u prehrani. Nadalje će se organizirati posjete konferencijama, dionicima i drugim istraživačkim centrima (npr. posjeta Sveučilištu Michigan State je već dogovorena). Konačno, povratak na Sveučilište u Parmi će biti od ključne važnosti u nadogradnji stečenog znanja kako bi se poboljšale sposobnosti poučavanja i prenijeli rezultati na druge dionike.
Potaknut rezultatima ovog projekta i nastojanjem da se maksimizira utjecaj rezultata istraživanja, planiram organizirati aktivnosti u kojima ću  angažirati javnost, objaviti knjigu i radove u visoko rangiranim časopisima koji će pomoći drugim znanstvenicima u području prehrane, agroekonomistima i kreatorima politike zainteresiranima za poboljšanje prehrambenih navike.
