 消费者健康:应用消费科学来优化健康饮食习惯

 

虽然现代消费者能够信息化的选择健康生活方式的最佳饮食种类与摄入量,近几年在欧盟仍然发现了日益增多的由非健康饮食与过度摄入食品带来的健康问题。我们这个MSCA项目旨在理解消费者选择更健康食品的动机,并提供有信息量的建议给利益相关者与政策制订者们,帮助他们在优化人们饮食习惯时开发并交流出具有创造性的双赢的方案。

此MCSA会在康奈尔大学食品与品牌实验室(合作方)执行24个月。行为经济学研究通过采访完成,也会进行实验室与基地实验(假想与非假想)。还包括学术会议参加,利益相关者与其他研究中心的参观(如密歇根州立大学)。最终,我们回到意大利帕尔马大学会对教学专家的建立与宣传利多名益相关者有积极作用。

由于此MSCA的启发与我们想要最大化此研究结果的决心,我计划组织公众参与活动,来出版一本大众阅读的数据和高规格的期刊论文。这些论文将对食品科学家,农业经济学家与志于提高人们健康饮食习惯的政治家有很大的帮助。
