The eighth edition of the “Parma Summer School 2024” took place from September 23 to 25, 2024.
On September 8-11, 2024, the 11th Conference on Sensory and Consumer Research brought together leading experts and enthusiasts in sensory science to explore the latest advancements and insights in the field.
I’m happy to share that I am a member of the Steering Committee of NutrEvent, which will be held next October 1-2 in Lille, France. This event is dedicated to innovation in Food, Human and Animal Nutrition. It aims at identifying industrial, scientific, commercial and financial partners for your R&D projects and innovations.
The University of Parma and University of Pisa research teams went to ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts to conduct a sensory evaluation on the fish that had been experimentally farmed.
I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma (Italy) and lecturer in consumer behavior.
My studies lie at the nexus of psychology, sensory analysis, and experimental economics to better inform policy-makers, private companies, and the general public on eating behavior.
