Применение научных знаний потребления для улучшения  привычек здорового питания


Хотя современный потребитель может пользоваться различной информацией при выборе типа и количества пищи, которая лучше всего подходит для здорового стиля жизни, в Европейском Союзе за последние годы зарегестрировано увеличение проблем со здоровьем, связанных с выбором диеты, что привело к нездоровому питанию и перееданию. Цель моего проекта в рамках Marie Sklodowska-Curie Action (MSCA) -  понять, что заставляет потребителей выбирать  более здоровую пищу, и предоставить рекомендации, основанные на полученных данных,  акционерам и людям, заинтересованным в результах исследовария, разработать и распространить  инновационные успешные решения, способствующие улучшению привычек питания.

Мой проект в рамках  MSCA включает пребывание в течение 24 месяцев в Cornell University (Partner Organization). Будут проведены исследования поведения потребителей через интервью, а также в лабороторных экспериментах и в естественной среде (гипотетических и негипотетических). Рабочие семинары и курсы по методам изучения привычек потребителей пищи дадут отличную подготовку. Намечены посещения конференций, других исследовательских центров (напр. Michigan State University) и встречи с людьми, заинтересованными в результатах исследования. И наконец возвращение в Университет Пармы поможет в улучшении навыков преподавания и для распространения полученных данных.

Основываясь на хороших результатах моего проекта в рамках этого MSCA и стремясь максимально использовать результаты исследования, я планирую организовать участие общественности  в их обсуждении, опубликовать статьи в широко известных специализированных журналах и книгу для широкой публики, что принесет пользу  ученым в области питания, экономистам в сельском хозяйстве и людям, заинтересованным в здоровых привычках  питания.
