Last March 20th I was invited by Bradley Rickard to hold a seminar about Food and Wine Quality schemes in Europe during his class. Brad Rickard is the Ruth and William Morgan Associate Professor of Applied Economics and Management in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.
Last week (March 25-26), I and Martina Cirelli, an MSc student in food science from the University of Parma, have been invited to give a seminar in a course hold by Professor Flaminia Cervesi, Cornell University.
Last February, Cornell Nutrition presented the Program in International Nutrition Seminar with three special guests: Elizabeth Fox, Anna Herforth and Rebecca Heidkamp.
Last February 22nd, the Applied Economics & Policy Seminar of the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell, was hosted by me and Miguel Gomez with guest speaker Dr. Vincenzina Caputo.
Last January 18th the Agricultural and Food Business Outlook Conference was held at the PepsiCo Auditorium, Stocking Hall of Cornell University. During this meeting, New York agricultural leaders got together to find out more about the short-and long-term outlook for agriculture and agricultural products.
I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma (Italy) and lecturer in consumer behavior.
My studies lie at the nexus of psychology, sensory analysis, and experimental economics to better inform policy-makers, private companies, and the general public on eating behavior.
