Presentation at Cornell AgEcon Conference

Last January 18th the Agricultural and Food Business Outlook Conference was held at the PepsiCo Auditorium, Stocking Hall of Cornell University. During this meeting, New York agricultural leaders got together to find out more about the short-and long-term outlook for agriculture and agricultural products.

About Me

I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma (Italy) and lecturer in consumer behavior.

My studies lie at the nexus of psychology, sensory analysis, and experimental economics to better inform policy-makers, private companies, and the general public on eating behavior.
