Last week I participated at the IPIFF International Workshop – ‘Unleashing the Circularity Potential of the European Insect Sector through Research and Innovation’ in Brussels.
Field visit at Korea University, Seoul
After being granted with a travel scholarship by the Italian Embassy in South Korea, I had the pleasure to spend 10 days in Seoul, hosted by Professor Han of the Department of Food and Resource Economics of Korea University.
About Me
I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma (Italy) and lecturer in consumer behavior.
My studies lie at the nexus of psychology, sensory analysis, and experimental economics to better inform policy-makers, private companies, and the general public on eating behavior.
