Presentation at the AAEA in Atlanta

Last month I participated at the 2019 AAEA Annual Meeting Program which took place on July 21-23 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in downtown Atlanta. I was also an attendance at the AAEA Early Career Mentoring Workshop which was held in the following two days of the event.

TEDx at CornellUniversity

Last week, I participated at the Cornell annual TEDx conference which brings together a diverse array of speakers, performers, and audience members all hoping to learn and share knowledge. TEDxCornellUniversity is completely student-run, with team members hard at work all year planning for the conference.

About Me

I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma (Italy) and lecturer in consumer behavior.

My studies lie at the nexus of psychology, sensory analysis, and experimental economics to better inform policy-makers, private companies, and the general public on eating behavior.
