Plant-based food: beyond the trend

Last week I had the pleasure to attend and present at the Congress of the  Italian Society of Human Nutrition (SINU), a non-profit scientific society that brings together scholars and experts in nutrition. The topic of the event was ”Plant-based foods: oltre una moda” which was held at the ’Università degli Studi di Milano, September the 26th.

About Me

I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma (Italy) and lecturer in consumer behavior.

My studies lie at the nexus of psychology, sensory analysis, and experimental economics to better inform policy-makers, private companies, and the general public on eating behavior.
