EuroSense 2024 Conference in Dublin

On September 8-11, 2024, the 11th Conference on Sensory and Consumer Research brought together leading experts and enthusiasts in sensory science to explore the latest advancements and insights in the field.

Held in a vibrant setting in Dublin, the event featured a diverse array of presentations and discussions covering topics from sensory evaluation methods to innovative applications in food, beverage, and beyond. We had the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research, network with peers, and participate in interactive sessions that sparked collaboration and inspiration. With its commitment to advancing sensory science, Eurosense continues to be a pivotal event for professionals dedicated to sensory and consumer research.

The consumer behavior research group at the University of Parma presented several recent ongoing works, including:
