Economics and policy immigration at the AIEAA conference

Some thoughts about my recent attendance at the conference “Economics and Politics of Migration: Implications for Agriculture and Food”, held in Piacenza (Italy) last 15-16th of June. During the event I gave visibility to Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, presenting my project "CONSUMEHealth" with a poster presentation.

About Me

I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Drug at the University of Parma (Italy) and lecturer in consumer behavior.

My studies lie at the nexus of psychology, sensory analysis, and experimental economics to better inform policy-makers, private companies, and the general public on eating behavior.
