Next January 18, at Cornell University, Stocking Hall, will be held the Agricultural and Food Business Outlook Conference. New York agricultural leaders learn about the short-and long-term outlook for agriculture and agricultural products.  Professor Laura Gasco (University of Turin), Guest Editor of the Special Issue of Animals (ISSN 2076-2615) “Insects: Alternative Protein Source for Animal” welcomes original manuscripts that address any aspects of insects as alternative protein source for animal feed are invited for this Special Issue.
