I would like to share with you some very interesting events just around the corner.

Next 4th of Ocboter, the EAAE will organize a webinar titled "Publishing in top agricultural and applied economics journals". The event will be chaired by Jutta Roosen, President of the European Association of Agricultural Economists, and Marc Bellemare, co-Editor of the American Journal of Agricultural Economics. For participation click here.

The 16th International European Forum (180th EAAE Seminar) on System Dynamics and Innovation in Food Networks will take place on February 14-18, 2022 in Garmisch-P, Germany. The forum will feature presentations and discussions in a mountain venue that should foster exchange, creativity, and the development of new ideas for innovative and interdisciplinary research. Its focus is on the analysis of the food system dynamics and interdependencies; the identification of drivers for sustainable system dynamics in the decision sphere of the system actors (e.g. chain management, consumers, agencies, policy, etc.); and on the identification and promotion of potential system innovations.

The Italian Sensory Science Society and it's mind in mouth (mimo) working group are pleased to present the new 2-day synchronous online course focused on the use of implicit tests in sensory and consumer science. The course will feature recent advances in the application of implicit methods derived from cognitive psychology for the study of consumer preferences. Instructors: John Prescott, Erminio Monteleone, Caterina Dinnella, Massimilano Zampini, Lapo Pierguidi e Sara Spinelli
