First, next 7th December I will be presenting my experience as a Marie Curie fellow at 4th Annual Meeting of European Scientific Diasporas in North America. In 2018, in partnership with the Office of Science and Technology Austria (OSTA), the Annual Meeting will focus on the overarching theme: Science to Society and will welcome European diaspora members, Embassy representatives as well as non-European researchers interested in European research and innovation.

Annual Social Science Conference: SFER, INRA and CIRAD is an annual meeting organized by the SFER (French Society of Rural Economics), INRA (National Institute for Agricultural Research) and CIRAD (French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development). The sixth Beeronomics Conference will be hosted jointly by the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (UWB) next June 11-14, 2019 in Pilsener Urquell Brewery and at the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic. Professor Laura Gasco (University of Turin), Guest Editor of the Special Issue of Animals (ISSN 2076-2615) “Insects: Alternative Protein Source for Animal” welcomes original manuscripts that address any aspects of insects as alternative protein source for animal feed are invited for this Special Issue. In particular, aspects such as optimal inclusion levels, insect meal digestibility, impact on product quality, animal health benefits, immune response, consumer perception and acceptance of insects in animal feeds.
