Next February 18-22, 2019 in Garmisch-P, Germany, it will be held the 13th International European Forum (Igls-Forum*) (169thEAAE Seminar) on System Dynamics and Innovation in Food Networks, organized by Prof. Schiefer (University of Bonn). A joint initiative by agri-food groups of leading European and international universities and business schools providing a discussion platform for the European and international scientific community. Deadline for registration and payment of fees is December 14, 2018. 

The sixth Beeronomics Conference will be hosted jointly by the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (UWB) next June 11-14, 2019 in Pilsener Urquell Brewery and at the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic. A conference on People’s Food – People’s Health. Towards healthy and sustainable European Food Systems, will be held under the Austrian EU Presidency in Vienna on 22-23 November 2018. The presentation of multi-sectorial best practices in the food system will be the main focus of the conference, together with a discussion on potential future initiatives towards healthy and sustainable European Food Systems. A call has been issued to submit examples of best practices by August 31.

The Science and Education Policy Association, Part of the National Science Policy Network (NSPN), present the second annual NSPN science policy symposium will be held at the Rockefeller University, New York, next November 10, 2018. This event is a daylong event focused on bringing together early career scientists with an interest science policy, advocacy and diplomacy. Intended for all levels of experience, our schedule includes speakers, panels and workshops, and aims to provide an environment where scientists nationwide can interact and form connections that will lead to new collaborations and projects.
